Aymete Gıda Sanayi started its operations primarily focusing on organic products and later shifted its portfolio to functional products in response to changing customer demands. The company was founded by Food Engineer Özgür Edeer, whose interest in healthy products grew while studying and living in Europe. Throughout his career, he accumulated significant knowledge and experience through various R&D initiatives, product development efforts, and TÜBİTAK-supported projects.

Following the COVID-19 pandemic, there has been a surge in demand for natural, reliable, and health-beneficial food products. In response, Aymete Gıda developed its OATVITAL line, catering to consumers seeking more natural and nutritious options.
